Industrial Water Services offers a spectrum of services to its valued customers as well as to potential customers. Services include:

Non-Hazardous Waste Processing
Industrial Water Services utilizes a variety of treatment processes employing both chemical and physical methods, which allow for the treatment of a broad spectrum of non-hazardous waste streams. Our experienced technical staff reviews all waste streams to determine acceptability and the most practical and cost effective treatment option available. Approved wastes entering an Industrial Water Services facility are stored and treated according to their classification. These wastes are then treated to lower their contaminant levels to meet local and federal discharge limits. Free hydrocarbons are recovered and placed into our recycling facility for resale as industrial fuel. Sludge produced from waste processing is dewatered and sent to a permitted, lined landfill to ensure the protection of our customers and the environment.

Oil and Fuel Processing
Used Oil petroleum products have become one of the most recognizable disposal issues in the country. These renewable resources can be generated by sources as diverse as industrial plants and suburban homes. Industrial Water Services accepts a variety of used oil petroleum products including but not restricted to:

  • Used Oils
  • Water Soluble Oils
  • Emulsified Oils
  • Lubricating Oils
  • Diesel
  • Kerosene
  • Transformer Oils (Non-TSCA only)
Each Industrial Water Services facility is registered with the appropriate state environmental protection agency. Each facility is permitted to accept on-specification and off-specification used oils in accordance with 40 CFR 279.

Tank Cleaning Services
Industrial Water Services offers a full range of tank cleaning services including the following:

  • Ship Bilge Cleaning and Gas Freeing
  • Transport Tanker Cleaning
  • Rail Car Cleaning
  • Storage Tank Cleaning
  • Pipeline Cleaning
Our tank cleaning division is staffed with experienced personnel that are highly trained in confined space entry, Haz-WOPER and OSHA regulations. Our tank cleaning teams are supported with dedicated vacuum trucks and services equipment.

Transportation
Industrial Water Services strives to meet the specific transportation needs of each of our customers by utilizing an extensive network of contracted haulers located near each facility. Loads are scheduled by each facility's dispatch department. All of our transporters meet strict qualifications for safety and training and are fully insured, licensed and permitted in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. Transportation options include:
